14 Months Old!

Jane REALLY likes to comb her and other people's hair.  She doesn't quite know what is a comb yet though.  I have caught her combing her hair with a tube of diaper rash ointment, a pen, Scotch wrapping paper cutter, and a tooth brush.  Just last night she walked in the room greeting us with a huge "HI" and combing her hair with a VERY used toilet brush.  I instantly yanked  it away, then began laughing.  Too bad I acted to fast because it would have made a hilarious picture/video (she had the "stroking the hair" move down perfectly).

A few other things Jane has been doing this month:
  • Going down the stairs facing forward, scooting on her bum.  This is the only way
  • Turning pages on EVERY book, pretending to read.
  • Saying "Dae, Due" meaning "Thank you" and handing you everything in sight.
  • WALKING!  I can't believe I didn't mention that before.
  • Pointing to her and everyone else's eye's and saying "Iiiiiii".  Watch out, she pokes.
  • Sticking her finger up noses
  • Puckers her lips and plants kisses on mama and dada saying "mmmmm".  Melts me everytime.
Does it really get better?  This is so much fun.  She is so much fun.

Wow Jane is doing so much! I am sure it is so much fun to watch and I can't believe how fast they are growing up. I loved your Christmas card this year as well thanks for thinking of us.
