No!

March 1st is when it all started happening.  She discovered the word "No!".  She says it all the time.  She has this little squeaky, groggly, dramatic voice that makes it worse.  I am mortified!  All I can think to do is redirect it and say "yes" and/or give her the stink eye.  Any other ideas out there?  Is this just a phase?  I mentioned this to a friend the other day and he replied with "that's an important word", and that made me look at it a little differently.  It IS an important word.  I hope she remembers this important word when one day some boy is trying to hold her hand (or worse), or when she's offered booze or something illegal, or when she's 8 and has the pressure to put on makeup and shave her legs. No IS an important word.  It's just hard to imagine it comes from this sweet angel face isn't it?

I am not even kidding, Jane is the cutest thing EVER!!!! I seriously can't stop looking at her!!! I just want to munch her. Sorry, no help on the "no" stage. I don't remember that with Rowan but Ruby is turning out to be a little spit fire so I am sure it will come. What a sweetheart Phillip is to surprise you on Valentine's Day with a TV. Yahoo!!! I want one!!! Congrats to your sisters and dad. Birthday, engagement and new baby. That's a lot of change but what fun. I miss you sooooooo much!!!! I think the next time I will be back will be around the 4th of July. I'll let you know for sure! I am also training for a marathon (May 9th). Pray for me!!!! I love you!!!! Give Jane tons of kisses from me!!!
