Kid Table

So it's not nearly as creative crazy as the inspiration table (in the previous post), but I think the table turned out darling and Jane loves it. The chair organizers are my favorite part. They were easy to make and are a great storage place for all of Jane's coloring books. Painting it red was a little out of my comfort zone, but I'm so glad I did. When I pass by the table throughout the day, it makes me happy. Want to "get happy"? Fix up a piece of furniture. "Little Green Notebook" (link is in my blog favorites) has wonderful ideas to get you going...I find that blog very inspirational.

Next project...read. I need to catch up with the rest of the bookies and read. My only problem is that I struggle reading while pregnant...it's a focus thing. Wish me luck.
